Generational diversity in the workplace
Four different generations coexist in Hispano Suiza; from the oldest to the youngest, there’s a wide range of ages. It’s a challenge, of course, because each generation has its own traits, tastes, way of thinking and way of navigating the work environment.
the perfect match
The present and the future of the motor industry is certainly electric and this transition will be quick, before the decade is up, and we’ll keep working and researching to continue making the dream of those of us who believe in it come true. Good news for the planet.
Amelia Island 2021
For Charles and Jill Mitchell, the first time is the charm. For Jim and Corrine Bartell, better late than never. The Mitchells’ 1926 Hispano-Suiza H6B Convertible won Best in Show at the 2021 Amelia Island Concours d’Elegance on Sunday, while the Bartells’ 1974 Shadow DM4 took Best in Show Concours d’Sport.
I believe that the ability to recognize one’s own mistakes, highlight the potential of others and set a good example are vital behaviors for a company to develop and all three are the basis of effective and humble leadership.
Strength through unity
A partnership should always be a mutually beneficial alliance, with trust, fluid communication and shared work. A couple of months ago, continuing with our international expansion process, Hispano Suiza landed in Germany with the help of Lorenz M. Mohr and MOHR GROUP - Finest Brands.
Reactivating business travel
A couple of weeks ago I returned from a trip to Mexico, where I was fortunate enough to enjoy some very intense days, meeting great people and professionals, and presenting the Hispano-Suiza Carmen at the Pastejé Automotive Invitational.

The power of motivation
“We’ll find a way, you’ll see. And if we don’t find it, with conviction and effort.... we’ll create it!” These inspiring words were said to me, a long time ago and in a moment of occupational uncertainty, by the best coach I ever had: my father.
The exciting challenge of being the CEO of a family business
A few years ago I became an “outsider”. In the world of management, this is the name given to those of us who, like me, are part of a business family without being a member of it.

The real challenge
Discovering stories and anecdotes from your brand’s past is really exciting. But if the story is as meaningful as the following one, the excitement is truly intense.
The purpose of purpose
It seems that talking about purpose is now a trend... But in my opinion, we must be careful not to confuse it with marketing or strategy: the purpose comes before that, it’s the reason for being of each brand, which goes much further and much deeper. This is how I feel about this subject.
